garnite 8
a collab to put Bjork in relevance? it's called humility, but i know you think gaga's above that.
Hot Space 14
I can't wait for December 2013! December 31, 2013* Get it right, pls. :nails:
Fey 0
Oh geez, I know lots of people who are angry at her for "stealing" Bjork's idea. I think they're more angry, actually, at the fans thinking Gaga came up with it. :haha: tbh, not liking Gaga promoting Apple like that, as a stern Apple h8r. I was throughout the whole thing but her PS made me :fthis:
Stra 6
Will Billboard be ready? Someone needs to go tell them to get ready :giggle:
Alijandro 9
I think it's a great idea, original or not it's pretty unheard of for somebody this mainstream. It's not surprising that she favors iOS, purely because she has an iPad and it's easy to see the potential on such a device but hopefully android users might get a look in too! I think a crucial element to this will be whether or not it is a paid ap. If it only includes streaming elements I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this is free out of Gagas want to reach as many people as possible ( which would be supplemented by the actual cd for sale). imasugarush 0
Was this toppic locked a few minutes ago? I couldn't post 0_o [like i said in the other thread] Very nice, like Bjork's intentions with Biophilia accept on a more intimate level. Why are people attacking Gaga for that though..With Bjork the sole focus seemed to be on Apps.. and making hand made instruments.. Bjork will be about fashion and all sorts of things.. I just think just because Bjork utilized apps, noone else in the future can? For Bjork it was very much about video apps, but we don't even know how Gaga will utilize the apps (whether it will be more than just usic video apps like Bjork did), so why are people jumping the gun? Cherry 17
Biophilia wasn't even the first app album. Do some research kids.
Oscar 1,031
Little monsters have every right to defend Gaga. WE'VE NEVER EVEN SEEN THE FRIKKEN APP! Don't label it a copy until we've used the ARTPOP app. Even if it were a copy, kudos to Gaga for revolutionizing Bjorks idea. It's all about evolving and moving forward. Gaga will be the one to start the trend not Bjork. Bjork was the spark. Gaga is the fire.

giskardsb 12,565
Ready for appga. I wonder if this goes well will future albums also become "projects." All Gaga's releases are "projects" really, this just expands the media that she can use.
imasugarush 0
Biophilia wasn't even the first app album. Do some research kids. Ooh, what was there before [/i'mignorantsorryboutit] ?? [edit] what do you mean by.. built for an iphone though.. :0? Btw.. did 'ask for ipads for christmas' kinda leave a bad taste in anyone else's mouth lol? It's just that how Gaga so about **** money, using fashion that the fans can create inexpensively [and that i'm poor ]. LStephens11 15
Wow... I cannot believe Monsters are b---hing about this. It seems as though when Gaga does do something for Monsters, it's never good enough for some of you. And as for the Bjork comparisons, whatever Gaga does in her career, there is a good probability someone has done it or thought of it before. It's up to her to revolutionize and do it better. While there are thing she is the first to do, you all should know that once this hits the general public that it's highly unlikely anyone will be like "Oh, just like Bjork..." Bjork is completely irrelevant in the United States anyway, mainstream wise. Kudos to Gaga for revolutionizing Pop music in an Artistic way. I can't wait! http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art_Pop This was slightly disappointing, although this is probably some flop band no one cares about. Stuff 5
Kay so I watched some videos on youtube directly from Bjork's app, and I like it, but I just almost literally just facepalmed. Gaga's description seems nothing like what I just watched. Seriously though, it's like two separate things, just in apps. With that being said, Gaga's idea seems innovative to me now. Not that it's an app, but what the app is about.
Squidward T 2,217
I'm sure it will be released for IPhones and IPods as well. Don't know about android phones though :/
kupo 201
Yeah, I'm just celebrating that she "gets it" (as in, you know, the way culture is irreversibly headed), and is going to incorporate it into her art.
