Shallord could have easily made it in that list if sales wouldn’t have trembled down in the late years  :diane:

I still think she had the biggest peak of any pop star this mileniums even my dad thinks so

It wasn't just hit after hit...

- Biggest on media attention

- buzz and controversy

- won most awards

- sold most albums

- had biggest tours

- had most views on YouTube

- most followers on social media

- Most online searches

- Most hits at the time

Many artists in their peak dominate one or 2 categories of success. Gaga dominated them all! I think sometimes we forget how huge she actually was 2009-2011

Shallow is coming :firega:

This is US not WW...

Shallow underperformed in the US compared to World Wide Numbers

Although in pretty sure World Wide Bad Romance is also her biggest hit and Poker Face her second biggest

I was joking :rip:

However, I think Poker Face is her biggest song in worldwide. It sold more worldwide and had longer longevity

Poker Face was the bigger hit, but Bad Romance had a bigger impact I would say.

Gaga had the biggest peak since Britney (1998-2000).

I know here in Canada commercially it was most definitely her biggest hit

It spent 9 weeks at #1 and 22 weeks in top 10

But people remember Bad Romance more than poker face. Even Alejandro and Born This Way I find is more remembered than Poker Face where I live even tho Poker Face was by far her biggest hit here

Here in Toronto area based on ppl I know, radio spins old songs get and store and club plays etc I'd say her most relevant old songs in order here are

1. Bad Romance

2. Born This Way

3. Alejandro

4. Paparazzi

5. Poker Face

6. Just Dance

But biggest hits in Toronto I would say was:

1. Poker Face

2. Bad Romance

3. Just Dance

So the bigger hits vs most remembered is not in the exact proper order

It wasn't just my dad that said he doesn't remember an artist ever being as popular as Gaga as far back as the 80s

Even Ellen De Generes said "the rate of your success, I don't know that we've seen anything like this"

Ellen said that towards the end of Gaga's peak tho. Within months of that statement Gaga started her decline

There's also a reason Tony Bennett thought she'd become bigger than Elvis Presley even tho that comment was premature. Her rate of success was immense
