Bernie is exactly what Trump needs to win   I don't understand why it is so difficult to understand this for the Bernie fanboys.

and Bernie is not a Democrat, he is in the far left, the Democratic party is in the center.

Why doesn't he make his own party? it's like he's trying to sabotage the Democratic party and he's working for Trump

It'll be interesting seeing Bernie work against the DNC and also have Reps throwing "socialism" at us for the next year. America is no longer for logic, so really anything can happen at this point.

The DNC is working against Bernie. Other way around.

And they called Obama a communist for a year and a half and he beat McCain in a landslide, so I think we'll be fine, especially taking into account the fact that Sanders is the most popular active politician in America and has been for the last four years, despite constant attacks from the Democrats and the right-wing.

okay **** Bernie but also **** the DNC, this is stupid as hell. There isn't anything wrong with Bernie being the nominee. He'd be fine. But we seriously need to get Warren in the white house ASAP.

Because we live in a country with a two-party system? And the only way to achieve any real political power that could be used to redistribute wealth to the and lift up disenfranchised voices is to run in one of the two parties? And because he's caucused with the Democrats for 40 years and the Democrats put him in a position of leadership in Congress?

Do you know anything about politics, or are you just facetiously, blindly trying to criticize the most progressive politician running and the best chance we have to beat Trump out of some misguided personal grudge?

An "idiota util" is a person who inadvertently (or not) is working in favor of the opposing candidate. that's Bernie.

I will not vote for someone as left as Bernie Sanders, but it was still crappy how the DNC establishment actively worked against him in 2016. While I am not a fan of his politics, you can’t fault the guy for standing by his principles for a long duration of time. If you progressives want someone who has showcased steadfast dedication to progressive ideals, he’s the clear choice in that regard.

Thats why the democratic primary polling is wrong and has Biden @#1. Example: a recent CNN “national” poll didn’t have people under the age of 50 represented. This fact was hidden on page 43 of a 49 page PDF of the methodology. The poll had Biden up by 8 points. Well of course it did because Biden does excellently with voters over 50 where as Bernie is best with voters under 40. So you have to look at an individual poll at the granular level before making conclusions.

 

at request I can provide the link to the document. It’s a poll from about a month ago so I’d have to look for it. 

I’m replying to someone who has repeatedly stated that Bernie is ahead and that polls show that Bernie could beat Trump. Does that mean all those polls are inaccurate too?

Also, those over forty people are the ones that are more likely to vote. The older generation (and black women) are the most reliable voters for Democrats and Independents that lean Democratic.
