are you saying there are second class citizens in the US, living under military occupation, going through checkpoints who are not allowed to go to these Madonna concerts based on their ethnicity alone?

Do you think that's all of Israel?

Lmao Israel is a very advanced country. HUGE hightech market.

There is low class parts tho like Gaza but cmon

She is winning again…. somehow she always stays here. I can’t stand it.

The US has killed millions of innocent foreigners and continues to do so in our so called war in terror.

On another note, I guess she’ll probably be performing at the Billboard Music Awards as well then

You don’ think I know that? :smh:

We are talking about apartheid regime here, which is using her to improve their ww image. Her Palestinian fans won’t be able to see her, because of who they are, but who cares about that huh?

Madonna boycotting US market won’t affect or change foreign policies. However, boycotting South African apartheid regime was something every progressive artist did and encouraged. Same thing applies to Israel.

I just hope it doesn't come out like how everything sounds now with all the annoying trap stuff that makes me turn off the radio :interestinga:

I'm rooting for something 80's sounding like what she's more known for, or at least something that would sound like something from MDNA :queenga:

sorry but if artists can only perform in countries where there are no discrimination  against anyone and treat everybody equally  they will probably have no place to go

it would be great if Madonna chose to boycott Israel, but you can't oblige her to do so, and that also doesn't mean she doesn't care about human rights

I'm so disappointed about this...

Maybe she does some sort of statement in the performance but does it make up for the fact she's indeed there? I dont think so, but we will see what will come.

sorry but it should be about doing the right thing, not about if it's gonna work or not
plus at this point I don't think Israel cares about their image, they are not a weak country and they don't need anyone's support apart from US government

let's not forget gaga  performed in  Azerbaijan several years ago too
aka the least LGBT-friendly country in Europe, although she's there to send a peace message

People here talking like Gaga hasn’t done similar stuff lol it’s show business and your fave is no better.

Anyway, I’m disappointed with Madonna. Eurovision is a tacky show.

Aqua did it first in 2001 :diane:

So apparently, she wanted to sing 3 songs and one of them is political, probably about the conflict or about Trump but the organizers complained about it and she was so close to cancel but at the end she accepted to take down this song (I guess the "no politics at the Eurovision" worked this time)

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

I'm here for this. And Eurovision is about Europe, not Israel solely. Americans don't really get how big the show used to be a couple of years ago (it has been declining slowly but still bigger than any music-related event in the US).
