Her lyrics relating to dealing with heartbreak are pretty well written. I also liked her experimenting with her voice more towards the end of the track. @Blue Madonna (9.5) I overplayed this song a little, but I still really enjoy it. It takes talent to make an upbeat song about heartbreak without it coming off conflicted, but she pulled it off! The instrumental is great and bouncy as well. @freakumdress (9.2) Very Amy Winehouse. BIA Overall Score: 8.47 Highest Score: 11 - @Blue Madonna Lowest Score: 6 - @monsterdino Comments @Jacob Crosson (8) I love how she kinda went rap @Rumours1977 (9) I appreciate what seems to be an autobiographical piece. Again, the instrumentation is quite pleasing. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is that it could use a slightly more complex melody. I’m also not sure how necessary the BIA feature was, but it wasn’t bad. Regardless, it is a great track! @Blue Madonna (11) My favourite track! I love how the beat kicks in during the intro before her divinely smooth vocals kick in. I love everything about this track, the energy, the lyrics, the vocals and the awesome rap! BIA slayed this, her flow was brilliant and fit in perfectly with the vibe of the song. @freakumdress (9.3) This chorus and its melody is really strong. It has interesting lyrics talking about her journey to where she is today and how hard she had to work to get there. Dealing with stuff like slut-shaming and manipulative boyfriends. Unlike Tyrant (where the feature outshined Kali), I much preferred her to Reykon. That being said, I prefer this over the last few tracks. @Blue Madonna (8.25) I like this song, but I don’t love it. I think it borders on the line of generic reggaeton (which I’m not a fan of) which is a bummer because I feel like something I love about this album is its uniqueness. And the feature was not needed… but in saying that, it’s still a very enjoyable track, it’s a bop, and has a catchy hook, possibly the catchiest after ‘she wants my hundred dollar bills’ @freakumdress (9.1) Kali + reggaeton + spanish = perfection.
