Lighter 15,376
I feel like Joanne has always been the center theme but instead of a country twang about healing. It was a “AHS inspired” dark dance-pop album exploring tragedies of her and her aunt’s life. considering the fact that RedOne worked on Angel Down. There’s probably a dance mix of the song but was instead turned into a ballad, which comes with the other scrapped songs.
JustAnother 5,113
I don’t get why people think LG5 was going to be a dance album. She was seen with a lot of guitars/pianos, and teased piano ballads through 2015. There was like, one video of her dancing in a studio. I think the original LG5 was going to be an acoustic ballad heavy album with dark themes and powerhouse vocals. Maybe a few dance/disco songs. Katsuki Bakugo 9,788
the lyrics of Angel Down does not work to be dance. Stop the delulu. We got what we got. look to LG6 for more disappointments. TEANUS 15,398
For everyone saying it wasn’t Dance/ pop. You really think all of the other 7 RedOne songs were Angel Down-esque?? Maybe Gypsy-like because of the guitars, but they could’ve also just been writing on the guitar/ piano. Most of Gaga’s songs do start at the piano I’d love to hear the touching piano ballad, ‘Frankenstein’d’ British social ladies with upturned pinkies, glasses clinking // xoxoTEANUS
