And before people go "but Ariana," girl makes her bread in streaming...which is the least profitable for the labels even if she gets those #1. JMO but it's probably coming anywhere in August-Nov. Late March/early April did make sense, riding off ASIB but before Taylor released and the Lion King soundtrack. I don't think anyone thought ASIB would top the albums chart yet again, tho. Late May for lead, June of July for the album or something like this. Releasing another album won't affect ASIB, it's actually better to profit from its momentum . Also I think Gaga will wait with the album until the Grammy cut off which is August 31, so I'd expect the single in late July/early August so it's eligible and she has more of a momentum for ASIB to get other nominations.
