Circumstantial evidence is just as important in convictions in court as direct evidence. Some cases are convicted solely on circumstantial evidence. He was in a bed with kids. That **** is ****ed up.

How do the accusers have an inconsistent story? And that alone doesn’t prove they are lying. They are remembering things from 25-30 years ago that happened when they were children. They denied anything happened and now they’ve come forward saying they were molested which is fairly common in these types of cases. Many victims, especially male won’t come forward for decades. The 1993 case was not an extortion plot and Jordan Chandler has never recanted his claims.

I feel like people need to realize that in most cases of child abuse it’s he said/she said and often eyewitness testimony is the only evidence presented and that still wins cases. Also the court of public opinion can get a case right and a legal trial can make a mistake with its verdict.
