I'm not 100% sure but I recall her saying he was interviewing her but being really rude towards her so she stopped the interview which escalated into them falling out. She said in an interview something like she thought they were friends but he wasn't treating me like a friend and implied he was badly behaved towards her. 

Next thing I know he's trying to get an apartment in her building and she calls him out on it on Twitter and pretty much accuses him of stalking her. 

And he's bad mouthed her saying things like she tried to sabotage other artist's careers such as Natalia Kills when she was with Interscope. 

He was saying really negative things about Born This Way and Lady Gaga started to cry. They had a few drinks, but that was when Lady Gaga realized that he would only treat her a certain way based on whether or not the cameras were on or off, and if there was drama to stir up.
