And everybody’s  judgement just keeps adding up and making for a very negative space. I wish people could turn their negatives into positives, or discuss the positives instead of negatives. Like if for example Gaga performed, And someone didn’t like her outfit, instead of complaining about her outfit and hair, say how much you loved her vocals. Or state respectfully that you weren’t fond of the outfit but she worked that stage and vocals were amazing. It’s so simple just to be positive yet people rarely do it

Exactly! The only time I’ve said anything remotely negative on this site ever is when she gave one performance that I just didn’t care for personally, but I kept saying that even though I didn’t love it I thought she looked and sounded amazing and I understood the reason for the performance. But so many people trash her and say she doesn’t try anymore and how dare she wear that and she must not care anymore. That’s when it gets to be disheartening.

What you see on social media is just incredibly toxic, it will always be like that... it’s inevitable and the sad truth. It’s best just ignore it,  stay away or unfollow people that are negative.

I don’t feel there’s really anyway to solve people being messy, negative , not knowing when to draw the line, or disrespectful. You point out their behaviour and they’re only more toxic. I find there’s no point in helping these people. Sometimes it’s hard not to react when you see people being rude but they are looking for a reaction, so it’s best not to give it to them.

Importantly as long as you are being kind and not adding to the negativity then you’re always be better than them.

gaga is preaching about kindness and against bullying for 10 years, some of us should really start thinking and act like civil humans.

I agree. I've seen a lot of extreme comments to Sarah which made me feel bad for her. Like... what's the point of going to her Instagram and drag her because YOU didn't like Gaga's makeup? That **** is so ridiculous. Some monsters need to evolve as soon as possible or we'll have that scaring image always attached to us.

I'm not going to say that I'm an angel, but I strive to do my best. I would never chase Sarah, DJWS or any other Haus of Gaga crew member. 

The only thing I really have to evolve in is that f* stan war. I can't see people dragging her because I want to do it back. It's hard and offensive.

Re: stan wars (and this is obviously just my opinion):

I think it's fine to calmly correct people if they misrepresent a situation or straight up lie, for more serious things or in a way that may cast Gaga or the fans in a bad light, or even call them out for a sexist/over the line comment (body shaming, slut shaming, etc.).

But sometimes I see LM take bait from the stans of a few different pop stars over dumb, pointless, and obviously wrong comments like "flop" and return back hard, when the easiest thing to do would be to either ignore it or if one feels the need to engage—kill 'em with kindess. Like "why do you feel the need to tear other women down, neither singer would approve."

I used to love coming on the internet to interact with other monsters but now I almost always expect it to be a negative experience. The other day I was watching a bunch of Gaga videos on YouTube on my tv and I really felt all of the music. I think it mostly just follows social media trends.  Social media is more toxic over the years.    Anonymity brings out peoples inner asshole and inner bully apparently.  Unfortunately that probably is a truer state of humanity than physical social interactions where a level of decorum and respect is still practiced.  This is a sad state of affairs and continued polarization just makes it worse.   

Stan base toxicity is particularly stupid.  These are artists, not sports teams.   The competition aspect, and the belittling, bullying, harassment, pitting artists against each other, tearing artists down, all of that is counter to the joy that music and art should bring.

"We" should be better, but not for GaGa, but for ourselves 💀. This fanbase is still super immature, is time to grow up already, I mean... . 

I love joking and having fun, but this community always manages to somehow go the extra mile and just be embarrassing, cringe and toxic. I think it would be amazing if everyone could simply relax and enjoy the music, like most musician's fanbases. "Stan" culture got old, the whole "pop/diva/queen" community aged poorly, we're grown up people already. 

Being playful, spontaneous and flamboyant is great. Now, being bitchy, petty, entitled, rude and insecure is very 2011. 

We should keep the cute parts of stan culture, and dump the bad ones permanently. Cyberbullying is one of the bad ones I'd say...
