Gaga should give some attention to developing countries

Before you throw your knives at me, please read the entire article. (for the record, I am from B&H)

So I am unbelievably happy about Gaga's success over the last couple of years. First of all the Super Bowl, then JWT, then ASIB with all the awards. Gaga has never been more successful or recognized than now, at least in my country. Here, "Shallow" is at the same level as Bad Romance and Poker Face were during their time. Shallow is #1 and ASIB (soundtrack) is #2 on Google Play Music, while ASIB (movie) is #1 on Google Play Movies. (I'm not sure about iTunes because most people have Android phones)

Anyway, every radio station is playing Shallow, ARUTW and ITA and people know the songs. They love her new look, they can't recognize her tbh. Her only popular songs in the past were Poker Face, Love Game, Paparazzi, Bad Romance, Telephone, Alejandro, Judas, TEOG and Million Reasons. Other songs had little or no success here. Anyway people don't see her as "The Meat Dress" or "Tranny" as they used to. The GP here is ready for a Gaga to have a concert here.

The point is, the last major international superstar concert was U2 in 1997. Croatia has a big festival every year in Split and I know that Gaga, Britney, Bieber and Beyonce performed in Zagreb years ago. Serbia (Belgrade) had Beyonce at least. It's really sad that performers and the record labels are dodging non-EU poorer countries of Europe. For example if we wanted to see the BTWB or artRave we had to go to Vienna/Milano/Zurich... Gaga could easily fill a stadium in Bosnia (Koševo stadium in Sarajevo, 70.000 max attendance for concerts. But she doesn't have to sell 70.000 tickets. She could easily sell more than 40.000 tickets because a lot of people from Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro can come to Sarajevo for that. Plus, we Bosnians are desperate for a concert of an international superstar. Plus the lease on a venue is cheap because the stadiums here are old.

However, she should keep ticket prices low for that to happen. €20-40 for GA and the stands (VIP and backstage passes can be more expensive). She said she's not doing it for the money, I know that with these prices she can break even when it comes to the cost of transport, lease, stage setup with the profit of the tickets.

She also promised Croatia that she would be back in Zagreb.

Anyway. sorry for the long rant. I hope that Gaga and LiveNation will see the potential of Western Balkans in the near future. Also, I'm very sad that Gaga is avoiding Eastern Europe (not just Russia, we know the deal with Mother Russia). But you know: Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary and also the Baltics, Portugal and Finland.

EUROPE IS NOT JUST FRANCE, ITALY, THE UK, IRELAND, BENELUX, GERMANY, SWITZERLAND, SWEDEN, NORWAY, DENMARK, AUSTRIA AND SPAIN.

Don't get me started on Mexico, Brazil, Australia (the country that she always calls "one of the first places to believe in Gaga"), Eastern Asia..

After what happened with the JWT, I doubt that she would do a tour that in-depth again. She may not be doing it for money, but Interscope isn't going to fund a tour that isn't profitable. 

It's sad because a lot of people don't get to see her unless they pay to travel. I guess her team decides the most profitable locations for each tour.

She promised to come back to a lot of places during BTWB and nothing really happened, so this is not a guarantee. Also she's locked in Vegas for 2 or 3 more years, I don't think there'll be a tour anytime soon tbh. But when this happens you can be sure that she'll be in your continent. I can't say the same about Latin America, Asia etc.

It still there's a possibility that she will come to ur country.. But she will never come to any arabic country (except maybe uae(Dubai) again)  .

It's sad that i'm sure that i will never be able to see gaga live .

Yes. It would have to be very spaced out. But the problem is now she’s going to do a ton of other projects so who knows.

It's such a shame honestly, because it doesn't matter how much love we give her, how much we love her music, or how relevant she is where we live, it's all about money and US relevancy, many songs have been number one in different places and it doesn't make her team take those places into account more. And the market in our countries can't compete with what the US has to offer her, or what that part of Europe does. Idk, and then when she does come to our countries, at least where I live, we're treated much worse than I've seen US fans being treated, we're further from the stage, there's so much more security, our tickets are more expensive. It's just how it is, and Gaga is at a point where she doesn't need to cultivate that relationship with smaller countries, she doesn't need us, it's fine if we don't listen to her, it's about the US mainly.
