Rihanna (-2) 4. Beyoncé (-1) 5. Nicki Minaj (+7) 6. Cardi B (NEW) 7. Adele (-2) 8. Sia (-2) 9. Lady Gaga (+1) 10. Halsey (+3) 11. Lana Del Rey (-4) 12. SZA (-3) 13. Demi Lovato (+1) 14. Selena Gomez (-6) 15. Katy Perry (-4) 16. P!nk (=) 17. Camila Cabello (NEW) 18. Mariah Carey (=) 19. Ella Mai (NEW) 20. Billie Eilish (NEW) OUT: Fifth Harmony, Kehlani, Little Mix, Miley Cyrus - In the past year, Gaga surpassed Lana Del Rey, Selena Gomez, SZA. She was surpassed by Nicki and Cardi. - Not really sure if it's most streamed female artists ever or just this past year though.
