Was it, right before Oscars? No. Yet she was pulling amazing numbers. Not just for Shallow that had been performed but album tracks from the movie. And let's not pretend it would be a $400mn movie without her music in it. People are listening to her old hits too. GP is USING streaming services to listen to her songs, promo or not. That means, if there's the right promo next time (and she's fresh in their minds again), they WILL use streaming services to get to the songs. People who wanted her music wouldn't stream it.
