Doot 2 Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 The things that this website have said both about the break up as well as Christian in general, is exactly why she needs to revert to keeping her private life private. She barely spoke about Lüc and the focus was always primarily on her music and her art. I understand wanting to connect with her fans, but it’s quite clear she learned her lesson. This doesn’t apply to all fans, moreso this website and Twitter fans, but I can’t imagine how mentally damaging and discouraging it must be for someone to constantly read and hear about how everyone thinks her face looks like sh|t, her fiancé is ugly, her music sucks, her wigs are atrocious, she needs to do this and that, etc. its really disheartening to see fans behave the way they do, and say the stuff they say, knowing full well that she struggles with maintaining her privacy and that unwarranted criticism negatively affects her. She’s spoken about it time and time again in interviews over the last two years. Hell, I’m sure fans are going to be bringing the breakup up to her in person, despite the fact she told Zane Lowe how ****ing upsetting it is to have to walk down the street after a breakup and have fans ask her how’s she doing because of it. I think people who don't follow Gaga are unaware that she's a lovey dovey type (there's a reason Lainey compares her to Celine Dion), and when you combine it with the whole mutual admiration thing she and Bradley have it does look flirtatious—especially as the part of the clip with her briefly crouching near his knees was taken as a screenshot but not the bit where he's literally all up in her neck. But instead of seeing it as a mutual gushing thing, as SNL kind of implied, some go straight after the women and ignore Bradley's actions...which isn't atypical tbh because in society it's often "blame the women/the women is being inappropriate/woman has a crush narrative" that's often played out in the media.
