ASIB's already won, considering it's Rated R.

Tbh I wish they had shown a clean edit in theaters for PG 13. Wouldn't have changed much for the movie other than Scene 98, her brief nipple scene, and their gross revenue.

Imagine if this was Gaga's follow-up to The Fame... :legend:

Tracks 1, 2, 3, & 4 would have all been #1 on BB Hot 100

#14 would have been another cute top 5.

A CONCEPT :applause:

Mo Bounce is a guilty pleasure of mine but looking at it objectively, it's pretty bad. What Iggy needs is good production because Team (also a guilty pleasure) was a trainwreck and every subsequent single besides Savior was plagued by bad production. A few features on more popular rappers songs and a new production team should bring her back at least some minor charting singles. She's really talented, after Nicki probably the second best popular rapper of this decade but she needs to get her **** together if she want's to be relevant again.

Now to THAT part. No the music business is not unfair against white rappers, look at Eminem, Machine Gun Kelly, G-Eazy, Gnash and so on. The music business is against female rappers which is why only one at a time seems to be allowed. Nicki pushed every competition out and now she gets pushed out by Cardi. Sadly in the music business there's not enough space for three successful female rappers. It has nothing to do with her whiteness though.

The Mo bounce beat is amazing.

Well, I always heard there are few white people on the rap world. And Iggy it's worse cause she is a woman and white (from Australia). Tbh, I don't think Gnash, MGK or G-eazy are a good examples cause I don't know how relevant they are. I can name 100 rappers, but the only big one and white is Eminem.

I actually know more female rappers than white rappers now that I think of :laughga:

But I said this cause I remember reading something about Iggy being white and not accepted by the rapper community. Cause traditionaly, white people can't rap or something

I still don't get how it can be rated 18+ in the US and 7+ in countries like Sweden :air:

According to Indiewire, ASIB sold 32m copies WW!

Clearly, “A Star Is Born” is one of the most popular films in the race: it scored $417 million worldwide, and the Interscope soundtrack album went platinum, sold over 32 million copies worldwide and spawned several hit songs, including the Grammy and Oscar-nominated “Shallow.”

Since ever

my god, the standards to be considered hip hop have dropped low. i enjoy iggy, A LOT, actually, but let's be honest, she's not rap, she's not hip hop. at best, she's talking-faster pop. and i'm not trying to drag her or anything, as i said, i enjoy her & her music, but no.

Spoiler

but then again, maybe, if i'd take her as a hip hop artist i'd despise her since in that case, she's horrid. now that i take her as a pop act, i actually ''appreciate'' her to some extent :emma:

There is strong language and drug use too though.

I am glad they didn’t censor it to make more money, shows they cared for the honest genuine product more.
