Theyd literally have to artificially "filter" a more HD appearance and like other old movies and songs "restore" a higher quality. Its whatever but the video is still amazing

It's likely that it exist given the fact that Katy's videos from that period of time were uploaded in HD, even older videos from Gaga exist in 1080 and don't come claiming that vevo has it on HD because thats a LIEE

Honeys, before 4k and more, everything with professional cameras was filmed in 1080 and then it rendered down to the lower qualities since a long time, a lot before 2008

The HD exists, but there was no platform to publish it back then.. why now they don't upload it? I guess it's rights issue aka Troy holds them.

wait wtffff. I have so many questions about this. I had heard the rumor that gaga and bowie were pen pals but I (im sorry) thought it was a lie? now, its not only true but a letter was stolen!?!?!

Judging by her tweets she feels Gaga's storylines are repetitive, the product placement too obvious and the video's too long and boring.

She obv has no clue what they're really about. The guy she killed in Bad Romance was not her boyfriend but the guy who bought her in auction. Her man in paparazzi tried to kill her first before she killed him and the wonderbread and miracle whip are not paid product placement but added for irony. Oh well..

I have a pretty decent 1080p upscale of it. And I’ve spent hours and hours combing the internet for good versions, and yeah I have IT. It’s SUCH a difference from the YouTube version
