New Music This Spring?

What is the potential of us getting new music during Gaga’s almost 4 month break from Enigma? (Feb 4th - May 29th). I know she’s an Enigma so we’ll never know for sure but what does your gut say?

Also, if you do expect a release, what will it be of (promo single/lead single/stand alone single/etc).

I personally think there is a 50% chance of new music. Based off of the fact that this is year one of Enigma, she may just stay silent until later this year to release LG6 and have her 2nd year residency be focused around that. However, being that there is a big gap, she could possibly release a single/LG6 during the long break and perform it during current residency. (I highly doubt she will change it up this early in but who knows. We will have to wait and see. But I really doubt well get all of LG6 before fall)

If new music were to come, it would be BEFORE the first year of Enigma/Jazz dates. 

I could potentially see a cure-esque single, but nothing more. 

I expect to see some studio teasing (per usual). I think the four months could be dedicated to a movie. 

EARLIEST would be at the end of the first year of announced dates.

I think we would’ve known about a movie by now. We knew about ASIB almost a year before filming. I have a weird feeling she won’t film a movie in a while, she said she would but she also said she wanted to put out jazz albums each year and that didn’t turn out true.

I think she'll use that break to wrap her album 

So yeah maybe a single, I don't see Lady Gaga wishing to compete against Taylor or Adele later this year so Q2 release seems smart imo

the thing is, she will not release something in last few days of her break - she needs a bit promotime when the album is out. so she wont release last week of may or something like that.

and madonna is releasing in may as well.

and i really dont see her releasing in june/jul/aug as well.

it would be cool to come with a single right after the oscars and an album in april.

Lady Gaga is working on new record since like late 2017, so yeah I'm quite certain she'll need just few additionnal full months in the studio to wrap things up

I'm sure things will be clearer once the awards season is done

somehow i think she is already kind of done since last summer and just wait to put it out.

imagine her going to ny after the last engima show next week to spent 2 weeks at electric lady (award shows only at the weekends).

I feel like Gaga likes recording in LA because it's harder for people to know she's recording

I am by no ways expecting anything at all but I do worry that if she puts it off any longer she's gonna loose her spot and her fans will be sorta over it? This is the most popular she has been in years and IK everyone is saying she is waiting til awards are done with or focusing on the movie but the movie is out of theatres and onto download now and awards season doesnt have long to go. ASIB is not going to get any bigger than it is in a commerical sense as we are entering DVD / Download territory so its remaining buzz will be "if you download or buy it".

Also, for people saying Enigma is her main focus - I agree. But I see the current Enigma setlist and storyline getting a bit old already and this is a 2 year residency. I dont doubt she will switch stuff up at some point but I think she may need to do it a bit sooner that I had expected. I by no means ask for an album - but she would she wise to drop at least something in that big 4 month gap.
