Savages - Marina

Not sure if it counts as a serious topic but imo it is, talking about how humans behave and the way we go about things. How there's always gonna be a world with war involved because it could possibly be a deep rooted problem in all of us :saladga:

M.I.A's songs in general talk about serious world matters in a way that isn't regurgitated and cliché, with songs that are interesting and unique in terms of their sound as well. An ARTIST.

This is my favorite topic since I'm a member of Gaga Daily, actually.

"Little Digger" - Liz Phair (about being a single/divorced parent, starting dating again, and your children's reaction to that)

"Salvation" & "Zombie" - The Cranberries (about young people's drug addiction, and war respectively)

"Every single night" - Fiona Apple (about depression and mental issues)

And "Ribbons" by Gaga (it's a fun song but it's also about safe sex)

Don't wanna kiss, don't wanna touch, just drink my ****ing coffee and watch 90's cartoons and hush
