But in saying that, I am TOTALLY here for him losing job opportunities due to this stance because organizations ALSO have the right to stand for what they believe in. I don't want him to be an ally of the LGBT Community because he's not someone who supports the community or equality. The community will go unaffected by his lack of support. I just wish they'd give him no attention whatsoever from this point onwards. Ellen really messed up inviting him on her show. He's an asshole. Well, I'm gay myself but personally, I don't feel that compelled to join some LGBT+ group or join protests or, in general, really pursue being actually active about it in a political sense. That's more what I meant, and I think it's what Kevin could also mean Some people might interpret "support" more simplistically, but I see many people who are way more involved in the whole thing than me, so I don't really like to say I'm a real "supporter" or that I'm an active part of the gay community. I do that out of respect for them. Similarly, if Kevin did call himself an ally that would be hilarious bs too A real ally is someone like Michelle Visage. Her support is active and continuous.
