I know for tours they usually do that but they don’t do that with the residency. I guess we'll find out soon Expand I saw the monster ball tour twice, both having VIP, the first time I went, we got it at the venue and non VIP people were trying to steal the merch from VIP people..it was really annoying...but the second time i went, it was mailed. so that seems more logical instead of having people complain of losing it or it being stolen in vegas...
