About the last one, really? You're praising her for being pretty instead of her work, especially when Gaga doesn't really meet the conventional beauty standards? It sort of seems like Madonna is saying that at least Gaga is pretty so that sort of makes up for her work.

People use the "she's pretty" thing often to discredit women and make it all about their looks and eye candy.
