Police were patrolling the road a lot too. I was sat in Hard rock Cafe at the window opposite the Coca Cola wall and could see into The Mansion, but saw no sign of Gaga lol. Or get ur credit card concierge to call and make the reservation (if u have Amex black/platinum). I was 18 and we stayed there bc my dad was doing business in Vegas so I'm sorry I cant be of more help!
