Interscope didn't go out of it's way to release SHallow for 2019 Grammy only for Gaga to not go in the year where she got 5 nomination including SOTY / ROTY 2. They need to be on good terms with Grammy because in 2020 ceremony the whole album is eligeble and it would look nice an AOTY nomination ! 3.
