Well, I'm sure I'll be good as Croatian grammar has 7 cases when German has only 4 (English has only one case).

I'm getting super slayed by die, der and das and those long ass sentances look like a joke to me and because of that I think Germans are oviously size queens lol

I heard that our articles are pretty terrible for learners.

I think the main reason A Star Is Born performed poorly at the Golden Globes is that their voters resented the way Bradley Cooper and the Star team insisted on competing in the drama categories, rather than musical or comedy. (The 1976 version competed in musical or comedy and won five awards, including Best Picture, Best Actress and Best Actor for Kris Kristofferson.) In part, this may have been the Globes' way of saying "You can come in and push your weight around, but we kind of like the way we do things."

If this Star had competed in the musical or comedy lane, Gaga might very well have won Best Actress, defeating Olivia Colman in The Favourite.

Everyone in my class this morning received a news notification on their iPhone from the famous french newspaper Le Monde with an article titled 'Bohemian Rhapsody shines while A Star Is Born fades' and everyone looked at me while I still didn't know about our losses :koons:

This theory makes no sense considering Bohemian Rhapsody did... the same thing and came out as the big winner.

I still can't look at this site https://www.goldderby.com/odds/combined-odds/golden-globes-film-2019/

ASIB was LOVED while BR was the freakin LAST ONE

Same goes for actress...

One goldderby expert said that he thinks every once in a while the Globes look at their predictions and they choose specifically the ones not predicted, out of pettiness, just to show that their show is unpredictable

GG has less than 90 voters so I do not feel bad for that. Of course SAG and Oscars will be more on point. Even if Gaga loses both of them.
