Your rates that you send in (Top 3/Bottom3 each round) will help place our Top 2 and Bottom 2/3 each Round. The Suitcase Ceremonies will still occur as normal. The Winner of each week will be chosen per an RNG (among the Top 2) AND the lip stick pulled (song eliminated) will be determined by an RNG as well. Oh... the Uncertainty.
