Do you understand that right wing racists do not attack criminals from immigrants, but anyone who looks like them? You don’t think they should be afraid? Crimes should be punishable according to the law, some sentences increased, not to close the door to innocent people who haven’t done anything!! My family has never been attacked for our ethnicity. Yes it does happen, but I’ve never experienced any harassment or attacks simply because of my ethnic background. However, I have experienced homophobia and attacks from my OWN culture. The same people that you are very much welcoming are the same ones who toss gay people off buildings, honor kill them, or throw them out on the street. And many of them do not speak out against the horrific crimes that are occurring either. And that we can agree on. Stricter punishment, because many of these criminals are being hidden by their own community or running away. As well as limiting immigration and being much more critical of who is allowed in. Everyone from all ethnicities who has been a good citizen and hard worker should be in fear because of what’s been going on. Again, what is your solution to all of this? How are you going to stop all of these crimes and rapes? Oh I'm sorry but your inexcusable fear doesn't justify closing borders in the face of those who seek asylum. And I'm sorry but I'm not having it with the identity crisis going on here. You're a Middle Eastern whether you like it or not because your family is rooted from there. Remember there was a time where your parents or grandparents left the Middle East for a reason and they needed a place to pursue a better life and that is exactly what's going on with lots and lots of people in the Middle East right now. If opinions like yours were applied back then, they wouldn't have got in and they wouldn't have created a better life for you. I'm pretty sure they've had some difficulties adapting to the new life wherever they were back then, but eventually they made it. Yes, some refugees have committed some wrongful doings, just like any other citizen in any country may do. But how about the millions who haven't done anything wrong? These people left everything behind, their homes, their lives, their jobs, their neighborhoods, their friends, and sadly some of them left their families and they need compassionate people to give them a hand. Damn it we all need someone to give us a ****ing hand and tell us things are going to be alright. Give them a break for God's sake. Have sympathy.
