Will Shallow Go #1 In Canada?

The sales have been monstrous, it hasn't left #1 on iTunes since its release and most days it has double the sales points as song #2 which is also usually her song "always remember us this way" although today Shallow is leading by a smaller margin than usual because of the thriller hype

 

It's has been ranking in streams on Spotify at a higher rank than in the US (usually between #10 and #13)

 

The issue is radio was slow to pick it up and only last week it started to climb the radio charts and if these monstrous sales drop too soon before radio can catch up then it might miss the window where it can go #1

I haven't listened to radio a tone lately but based on the charts just the usual pop music (rap and R&B is slightly less popular here than in the us unless it's Drake) so regular top 40 pop music dominates the most

 

Anyway it didn't enter the top 50 on either HAC or Pop radio until several days after it first entered the US charts

 

Streams and sales have been even stronger here than in the US so I don't know why our radio took even longer to pick it up

 

It has been rising but it didn't start till about a week ago
