This employee acted very unprofessionally by actually arguing with him. They are both to blame. Lol at Twitter doxx police though. Don't you guys have a life or something?

Sounds about white. There are already white supremacists defending the racist guy and relativizing the situation on twitter (and here as usual).

Oh, look who's here getting upset with the employee. What a big shocker.  :madge:

Honestly, considering this guy yells the n-word at her repeatedly, I thought she handled the situation well. Where I live, if someone acted like that in a fast food place, half the staff and customers would start beating his ass into a bloody pulp.

I'm sorry but the man (besides being intolerant) sounds so ****ing stupid and iodine deficient to be repeating those words every 2 seconds up then the middle-finger moment :smh:

Same :poot:

It's so hard to hold back in situations like this. I've gotten in trouble at work a few times for telling people to get out for being hateful towards other customers or my employees. We just hired a bi-lingual guy (not fake bi-lingual like me either, he actually speaks Spanish and English very well :poot:) and it's infuriating to see how people react to him speaking with another customer in Spanish. I've already had one woman complain to me about him 'cause she felt excluded from a conversation she wasn't even a part of. Like, bish, I'm busy trying to do the work of four people here and you're coming to me upset 'cause you feel you're entitled to eavesdrop on someone who's probably just looking for a product or asking a mundane question? :toofunny:

This is freaking Florida. A third of all people here speak Spanish, lo siento pero get over it :laughga:

OT: I bet she'll get in trouble for the "your mother" comments :smh: if I was there, I'd be in the corner shouting "ya daddy too!" :golfclap:

On another note, I just got fired from my job while I was serving in a restaurant because a black man was seated in my section and I jokingly said to my co-worker “of course you’re gonna give me the black guy,” (because that’s what I like and my boyfriend is black as you can see on my IG) and then I proceeded to say “I don’t know what I’m gonna do with all that chocolate” (because the guy was very muscular and good looking).

My manager overheard me and “interpreted” my joke as a derogatory comment and perceived me as if I was saying that I didn’t want to serve a black person.

And now I’m unemployed. :toofunny:

She did not acted unprofessionally. A man was being racist to her. And yes, what’s wrong with Twitter trying to hunt a racist? You said a bunch of things but never said a thing about the man himself. I wonder why.

He's obviously an uneducated dimwit, but screaming 'YO MOMA' is not the correct way to handle such situations. Controlling your temper is part of your working ethics.

No, he’s not uneducated. He’s obviously racist. Why are you having a hard time calling him a racist? She says “YO MOMA” and he’s calling her the n-word repeatedly in a derogatory way. But you have an issue with her?
