Technically, no. But it had a high-profile performance that gave it a nudge.

A snippet sung at the Grammys before Million Reasons isn't really that big of a performance. Hair for example had a lot of TV performances but we don't call it a single while The Cure had none before November 2017 and was called and considered an official single.

It was a promo single but not an official single.

We all know BTW singles were Born This Way, Judas, The Edge Of Glory, You and I and Marry The Night. You don't see people adding Hair to the list.
