Some time ago nobody believed in ASIB and even an Oscar nomination seemed like a very distant dream. Now we're here worried about possible competitors for a win. Seriously, our standards have grown too much in recent months. :diane:

GLY is spammed on radios by interscope i want them to do this for Gaga as well. Besides ARUTW is our last chance this decade to get her a #1 after Born this way. I dont think anything on LG6 will have the same potential as arutw to smash hard

@Admin you should ban people who believe in payola

I usually just lurk here but I thought I'd share.

Bob Iger, Disney's CEO, came by to meet Gaga :nooo:

I'm lighting ALL my candles (Alejandro, Judas, Black Jesus) that they cast her in something amazing. S*@t, at this point it could be something better than Ursula. As if.

if she wins best actress at golden globes will it be of the same prestige that her AHS best actress win was? ugh why is is the oscars so late into feb...

There is this conception that movie stars are bigger or better than TV stars. I actually try not to let myself form that belief as other people do because I have seen very dedicated TV actors give outstanding performances that deserve as much respect and praise as movie stars do. It's also why huge movie stars who have been recognised by the Oscars still do TV shows to this day, such as Amy Adams, Nicole Kidman, Kathy Bates, Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone.

I also think nominated actors are in a way just as honorable as winning actors, just because they have to choose one winner doesn't mean the ones not chosen are in any way 'less'.

Teal Ambition

Noooo

Imagine Dragons’ Origins debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart, with 10,600 equivalent units. The album also achieves the second highest sales, third highest song downloads and eighth highest on-demand streams for the week. This is the band’s third straight chart-topping album, following 2015’s Smoke + Mirrors and 2017’s Evolve. It knocks Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born” soundtrack into 2nd place after spending its first five weeks of release at the top of the chart.

its only in US where TV acting medium is given almost the same respect as Movies. Thats what I love about hollywood.
