She won't release it soon anyway cuz it might overshadow ASIB success. Besides let Gaga take her time on the record, don't want LG6 to be like Britney Jean Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views! I am almost sure Enigma is going to be LG6 now and the residency will be to launch. She doesn't have enough time to do Las Vegas, Broadway and other acting roles. I cannot see her releasing 2 (possibly 3 if the Tony Bennett sequel album is true, which it probably is) albums in a 12 month space, while also preparing for a Vegas residency on top of promotion for all the projects. I think fears of ASIB blocking LG6's thunder isn't a thing; they appeal to different demographics and the grandma's buying ASIB won't be buying an album with Sophie production. I guess that's why LG6 releasing soon isn't 100% impossible, but I just don't see LG6 being released in 2019 as likely at all just because Gaga's gonna be tired as **** if she does. She’s said next tour is in 2020 so I get you. But I do see atleast some form of new material coming this year or next (whether that be a new song or a new EP)... Also about Tony, I wouldn’t be surprised if new jazz came soon too, since she doesn’t have that big of a jazz catalog to perform for her jazz show, and singing unreleased covers to such a large audience is wasted promo. Mindtrappa on PopJustice (who was super reliable during the Joanne era, and about other artists such as Madonna) said that they're aiming to release Cheek to Cheek 2 next September. Honestly, if that's true, they should move that up to capitalise on the older demographic buying ASIB. I think some sorta of new material is likely though, especially considering she has MASSIVE 3-4 month breaks between legs of the residency, so I could definitely see her releasing in those gaps.
