Obviously he shouldn't have ran up to her crazy like that, so they did the right thing stopping him, but tackling him to the ground seemed a bit extreme to me. If someone isn't being sensible and waiting like everyone else and decides to charge at her, even if it was just with a pen and paper security have to act quickly and take them down. They didn't know what he was going to be like whether he was going to attack her or not. This person did look as if he were running towards her to hurt her so security have to react as quick as possible. She's putting her life in their hands and they are paid to protect her. Don't follow the rules when Gaga is around, you can expect a tackle or punch from security. They are allowed to do it.
