Outside of their albums chart (which isn't all that good as well), HDD's all other charts are as accurate as their prediction that Harry Styles would sweep the main 4 categories at the Grammys last year

These 2 songs only got to #7 in the UK. We're going to get Platinum so quick in the UK. Platinum in the UK is 600,000+ units and her last single to do that was The Edge of Glory

At this point only Adele herself will be able to dethrone shallow :lolly:

Yes, with a Shallow cover for ASIB reimagined re-release :vegas: just in time for the black friday and christmas. Watch it be #1 till 2087.

Inb4 interflop doesnt buy any certifications for shallow except US :poot:

Good thing certifications are automatic in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

They're automatic mostly everywhere actually I think other than the US, Canada, and France.

GREIN ON GRAMMYS: SONG OF THE YEAR

Three film songs—“Shallow” from A Star Is Born, “All the Stars” from Black Panther and “Love Lies” from Love, Simon—are strong contenders for Song of the Year nominations.

Interscope forcing her to release a basic lead single? *pretends to be shocked.gif*

The song sounds Perfect Illusion'd. Not in that they SOUND sonically similar but they sound like Interscope contacted Diplo (in they way they contacted Kevin Parker) to write the album's lead single because what they heard wasn't radio friendly.

-------------

HDD is actually pretty stupid ngl. I mean they should get rid of their streaming songs chart at least. Look at the different between their Streaming Songs chart and Billboard's version of the same chart

Is this your theory on what happened or something proven? Because Kevin Parker isn't known for producing radio-friendly, and Joanne was clearly a venture they let Gaga figure out herself. Interscope likely treats both artists extremely different, but Ellie's last album was Delirium... That's proof enough she's probably okay with getting coin from basic bops. I doubt she was forced to release anything like this.

it's confirmed that Mark/Bloodpop teamed up with Parker specifically for the production/writing of the albums lead single. It clearly didn't turn out radio friendly but PI was written once most of the album was already done and had been played for Interscope.

I think they'd call in someone else if they wanted "radio friendly". Gaga working with RedOne in the beginning sessions was probably the big Interscope suggestion.

Also, was it mentioned HDD says 99-105K? Praying we pull through with six figures, though on Billboard that's essentially on lock.
