Trench has much more streams than ASIB? Idk how the rules are, but the opening track on Trench has 43 million streams and Shallow has like 14 million.

All I know is I'm streaming the album nonstop on Spotify and hoping it's helping

I'm tempted to buy a CD or vinyl as well even though I would have no actual use for either.

It's interesting to see that the fact that 50+ years old is the highest audience age is corresponding to the pure sales, they just don't stream it.. they buy it..

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

Lol, only streams from this week are counted.

That song has been out for months.

Even so, the lowest stream track on the album is 2 million and there is still some songs on ASIB that hasn't even reached 1 million.

but we still need to stream more, this isn't confirmed.

Didn't they also predict that Shallow would debut at #25-20 on the Hot 100?

ASIB has real sales though, which count for a lot more. Pure Sales still trump streams, and they just don't have that with Trench.

Ill stay positive, but I've noticed Billboard is focusing more on streams lately, like idk like 20 songs from Lil Wayne's album entered the hot 100, just because of streams. Is it differently from the Billboard 200 than the Hot 100?

Billboard:

120 stream = 1 pure sale of a song

1200 streams = 1 pure sale of an entire album

I thought the rules were:

1250 paid streams = 1 album

1750 free streams = 1 album
