Yesterday the European Union agreed on a new rule forcing Netflix, HBO, Amazon and other video-on-demand services to ensure that at least 30% of their catalogues are made in Europe.

France is doing that with French radio and I think it's pretty cool. It forces diversity, new content and support local artists/economy :shrug: Our musical landscape wouldn't be as interesting and special without those laws we have.

This is great news, I don’t see why anyone is complaining. It will generate more content, support local culture and bring more money in for the countries.
