Yesterday, Nicki showed off her new FULLER figure - as she performed in front of a sold out crowd in Sao Paulo Brazil.

Many of the local media reports spoke frankly about Nicki's weight gain.

And some of the local Brazilian media was downright rude.

Here is what Nicki looked like at the concert:

There's a new online report that claims Nicki Minaj is suffering from numerous "health issues" connected to the silicone butt injections she received.

Doctors have urged her to have the silicone removed, before her health worsens.

Nicki was asked to gain enough weight, so that they can do fat transfer surgery at the same time they remove the silicone from her butt.

Wtf that's serious . I don't condemn plastic surgery in any way but when you're onto something that has already been proven dangerous, please, just don't. I remember a reality show star here who even got blood poisoning from those and was almost DOA when they took to her to a hospital.

this feels too familiar and I swear they always choose the most unflattering pics to use when shaming someone

Nicki may be a full plate of problematic but body shaming is never okay. It’s just toxic:messga:

Yeah, a lot of private clinics have pulled fat transfers off their available treatments due to the risks involved but it might be the best for Nicki.  The amount of silicone in her body is going to lead to really painful damage in her future and fat transfers can at least shrink over time if your diet changes giving her skin time to change rather than her have everything removed.

I feel sorry for Nicki, a lot of her career is built on this OTT figure and it's what's going to end up killing her.

using plastic surgery to the extent that it's toxic for your body is quite... toxic too, wouldn't you think so?

We could argue that body shaming leads to people thinking they need to do it :triggered: Endless circle where everyone ends up unhappy :vegas:

Scary to hear about the life threatening health risks of buying a plastic perfect bod. Even though this is unfortunately just a tabloid blabbing (blabloid?), I wish more people were open to talking about that. I know so many young women who are insecure about their chests and butts and who think "as soon as I get some money I'm fillin 'er up with silicone!!" and aren't even aware of the myriad of risks. I didn't know about them either. I used to dream about having enough money to get a boob job until I saw this blog made by this IG model where she documented the horrible things she went through after her breast implant surgery, and how doctors didn't take her seriously or, even more horribly, brushed it off and acted like being hot and having big t*ts was more important and made it worth the daily pain and risk of infection.

I've never seen anyone illustrate the negative consequences of plastic surgery so boldly and publicly for all to see.  It completely changed my opinion on wanting any sort of body implants. I wonder how many young stars who got big ol honkin fake tiddies very soon after they turned 18 (Kylie, Iggy, etc) will experience health problems by the time they are in their 30s or 40s, and I wonder who will be honest about it and talk to their fans who will be emulating them (none of them lol)

It makes me really sad seeing all of these beautiful hotties with bodies just like mine who over and over again filled up their tops with plastic. Now men think that bodies like that are natural and expected. Somehow, women should be rail thin with sickening tiny waists, waiflike stick legs and arms, but the gihugic D cup tiddies of a chunky gal.

My old cat is a tough man, but i cant deny the way he bites my hand and he stabs me, he grabs me by my heart <3

you do realize it's nicki we're talking about? and her behaviour has always been twice as worse as the body shaming she's receiving now.

Are you trying to imply she deserves to be body shamed?
