It's interscope I believe however for this commercial it showed that it was brought to us by Warner Bros.

I dont think so. I've pre ordered the album, and I bought shallow separately as a single. It won't open through the album  . That means we'll get shallow 2 times: as a single and as a song in the whole album. Probably it's gonna be the same version

if you click on it I believe it leads to the song like most song commercials do on spotify. I didnt try it though as I was already playing Shallow when I heard it. I'll try it if it shows up again!

I have Shallow through my Apple Music membership. It's packaged as the whole album and shows you the whole album tracklist, but only lets you play Shallow. I believe @GrigioGurl is correct.
