The footages for ASIB were filmed in The Forum - LA, not in Europe and it was before the actual JWT, not the JWT. They probably scrapped it because it wasn't good. We should remember that the 2 dates they filmed had different stages (I think the second date was missing some circle stages and was smaller) so that may looked bad while editing the concert.
