Joanne, the era, had plenty of high profile tv performances, incl UK tv shows, Victoria’s Secret show, AMA’s, The Freaking Super Bowl. She had some contractual obligations regarding the us tv performances before The Super Bowl. It’s not a rocket science. The era was promoted the way it should, it had everything it needed and this is one of the reasons why the first week sales went up the way they did.
