Spoiler  ALSO, her nose/nostrils are asymmetrical (not in a bad, but natural way). No surgeon would ever willingly do that. This is why nose jobs are so obvious...because they look too perfect. Spoiler Finally, if you actually line photographs up in a timeline, then you will see that her nose doesnât progressively get smaller or more refined. It changes. Like during ARTPOP her nose looked really straight but then towards the end it got its natural shape back. I will say that her singing voice brightened up as her career progressed.
