Because back in December it sounded so good because duh, new Gaga sooner than we thought, but think about it No fall festival carpets (Well Cannes but that's really it) Hype would be so dead by now and the Soundtrack will most likely have peaked But now its coming in October... At least four confirmed red carpets and conferences (maybe more?) - Zurich, Venice, Toronto, Spain, Maybe London?) Evenings are getting longer which means more people going to movies in evening SNL and Ellen, not to mention possible late night shows when most people will be watching (non-Summer nights) Oscar hype at justttt the right time The ASIB fanfare will lead us all straight into Vegas and some possible new Gaga music October was by FAR the better choice and I was lowkey happy to see it move back to October. I wish I could (or have the time to waste on that) go to that thread and see them all complain and write essays about how important it was to release in May because otherwise blah blah.
