Your best bet is to catch the following and hope you get one: Venonat, Paras, Sentret, Hoot hoot, Ledyba, Yanma, Remoraid, Whismur, Gulpin. https://leekduck.com/FindDitto/ I struggled for a really long time but eventually I found one.
