Well that's what confused me. The Lana stan was obviously shading Marina for not being a real popstar. That's what he was also apologizing for later. But Marina responded : "And? She is a popstar" instead of "I'm a popstar". So it looks like she defended Katy. Maybe she didn't catch that it was aimed at her. 

Anyways, that's not really important. I just agree with her message.
