What if it turned out he was severely afraid of snakes and he had never told her in their 4 year relationship? Would he still have been “lying” to her? What if it turned out that he was secretly a big fan of Bravo reality shows? Would that still been a big enough lie to call off a wedding. Sometimes boyfriends will pretend they like something that their girlfriends like just to keep the GF happy. What if one day he were to say “I actually hate romantic comedies!” She wants to have this goody two shoes image but by exposing him, she will now be forever associated with p0rn. Lol. Sucks for the guy if he truly loved her. I know Mormons remain “pure” until marriage, the guy should have just told her that he was looking at it for reference so he would know what to do once they chose to be intimate.
