It doesn't have to be that. There's no specific visual needed like choosing the fame era for Gaga because she debuted at that time. You can use Born this Way image as your artist debut image, I hope you get what I'm saying. You can choose any pic that represent your artist. As you can see in the example. I studied Art & Technology and am specialized in User Experience Design. I've 8+ year of experience with the Adobe Suite. My rating will be based on the next points: - Creativity; of course, like duh! - Professionalism; Are the details correct, is it something you could put in a magazine, etc. - Readability; How did you pair fonts (if used) and is it readable. - Technical knowledge; I'd love to see stuff made beyond the basics. This does not mean that I expect top-notch stuff but when you set new boundaries for yourself you'll be amazed with the end result! There are many awesome tutorial videos on the internet, go check them out! - Difficulty; of course this has to be a part of the rating. Please, don't let this scare you. This exercise is for personal growth - Fitting; This is the most important thing in design. It can be beautiful, but if it doesn't fit with the brand/client/exercise it's a waste of time because it doesn't improve the problem. For example: with the first exercise I expect to see a whole different look-and-feel from the Elon Musk one than the Lana Del Rey one.TIP: Please, when you submit an exercise add a little of context, a little summary on what you did, why you did it, what was your goal, what did you learn, etc. This helps me to see it in perspective. English is not my first language so if you see any mistakes, please correct me :P I wish everybody the best of luck! 🎉 Some retouching I did on Gaga's Versace shoot a couple years ago, I think this one fits perfectly with the other photos from this campaign: The clothing pops out, so do the jewelery and to me this edit screams "Versace".
