Gaga would bring them tonnes of views, which they do need, to be honest. Haven't they been decreasing in views for years now? They need all they can get. Maybe It's Gaga's terms to remain silent and do a surprise thing. I wouldn't be surprised. 2. actual live viewers nowadays are less important than what they used to be. People will watch clips of the performances and videos of the iconic moments. The way we consume television and entertainment is different now. So your logic might be dated. What if the announcement is going to be happen by a commercial like video? I mean she doesnt need to be there to announce something. Or is she have to? I dont know but VMAs captioned every thing is possible and the heart emoji count down happening on Gaga's posts made me think like that.
