Yes she took advantage of that and I'm not saying she's innocent because she did have sex with a 17 y.o. guy, I'm saying that he is known for being a drug addicted kid who's hard to work with, so I'd take his allegations with a grain of salt. Most rapists in cases like hers claim it was consensual. She completely denies relations and claims Anthony Bourdain paid him to stop harassing them.
