Pop Art 1,773 Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 Over the past few weeks, I've noticed that some people are beginning to worry over the new rules of what counts towards a song's position on the Hot 100 and how that could affect GaGa. For those that don't know, part of this new rule is that streaming is now taken into consideration when calculating a song's position (for more info on this, click ).
