Sneaky Oliver 22,221
I think this will be the last one I don't agree with the "downhill" I love Freakshow, Hotel got a little lost in the plot but the characters were amazing, the set was AMAZING, I don't like Roanoke but Cult is very interesting
TEETHTEETH 1,722
As much as I love it I'm disappointed they aren't going to quit before they completely ruin it. Evan Peters said he is done. A tenth season takes away the idea that the series resembles Dante's Inferno. I just have a feeling theyll run themselves into the ground

I just have a feeling theyll run themselves into the ground just like they do with most of the tv shows. I haven't seen it since Freakshow and I was a big fan of it back then, I saw Roanoke and I thought it was mildly good, Cult was bAD and I won't comment on Hotel
LilMonst3r 5,537
This obviously means that the apocolypse wont fully take place... The witches will win. This also means that theres a chance we may run into the countess again, I wish they bring her back for like two episodes of a future season. She has been my favorite AHS character, I have rewatched hotel not fangirling over gaga and I have realized how evil the countess really was.

Don't forget the Cortez is linked to both MH and Coven

Panchecco 17,636
I am excited but also kinda worried, this is my absolute favorite tv show and it will always have a special place in my heart but I don't know how much more they could explore with this anthology without becoming too repetitive or uninspired. They already used the same plot for 2 different seasons (Murder House & Roanoke) and now with Apocalypse they're going to explore some elements of past seasons yet again.... which don't get me wrong, as a hardcore fan is super exciting (in theory) but could become too messy when all these connections affect the main plot of the season or when returning characters are played by the same actors playing brand new characters I really hope Apocalypse will be completely fresh and interesting from beginning to end and I hope they'll be able to come up with new stories and new themes for the next 2 seasons without necessarily relying on past seasons' themes or characters... How are Roanoke and Murder House the same? Roanoke is about actors filming a documentary at a haunted mansion and even the style it was executed in was non-traditional (interviewing the cast and stuff and having reenactments) and it had a huge twist in the middle of the season where the reenactors are suddenly revealed to be actors in reality. The story then went from focusing on the myth to the actual actors being massacred themselves. Murder House is about an average family living in a haunted house. Bradley 59,173
This is actually such good news. AHS is my favourite TV show and I'm one of the few people who have enjoyed every season thus far, they are unique in their own ways and I haven't been disappointed by a season before. I actually like the fact everyone doesn't like ALL seasons, that definitely means they are not just making the same thing over and over again. That's the concept of an anthology show, pushing bondaries and creating brand new stuff every year. So I'm very fine everybody is not sticking every year.
