I think the Madonna situation was blown out of proportion

I don’t wanna bring back bad memories or anything. But I was thinking about it. Madonna and Gaga had originally worked together on SNL. Not only that but I’m the interview when she said it felt reductive, before she said any of that she was talking about her admiration for Gaga and how she felt flattered and that Gaga was obviously inspired by her. When asked on Ellen what she though of Gagz she made a face and say in silence because she knew everyone was expecting shade. But then she said she had a good voice and went on to talk about a good memory she had of her. So obviously she was shedding light on the situation. Of course, idk how to feel about the Express Yourself/btw/she’s not me mash up. That was definitely shady. Maybe she got caught up in what the media was saying? Idk. But whatever actually happened between them I think Madge is past. And I think the media made it much worse then what it actually was. What do you guys think ?

the media totally grabbed onto the slightest instance and twisted it into something bigger than it needed to be and both sides fed off of it cus you might as well make some money from it but i'm just glad it's over for the most part

the only people who care are the insane people at madonnanation and some users on here

I felt like Madonna blew it out of proportion and then the media made it even worse.

Gaga just was like :koons: the whole time

Madonna is a shady lady, she says what she thinks, she doesn't sugarcoat it. She also has a very peculiar sense of humor which has gotten her in trouble a lot of times before

Anyway, she didn't mean any harm towards Gaga. I think that's pretty obvious lol, she even invited her to perform on her MDNA Tour

We shouldn't give a **** though, they are clearly in good terms

Nothing will quench the (censored insult because it's too offensive) twitter stans though and they'll keep fighting till the day they die

I feel like Madonna was salty as hell for the longest time but eventually came around. Who knows.

Maybe we shouldn’t use a word middle school boys use as an insult?

Their relationship seemed to get better, but Gaga really messed up by mentioning Madonna like 5 times in 5F2 :air:

I mean Madonna obviously saw the **** in the media and use it to her advantage to get more spotlight on her. I don’t blame her and if it was someone else other than Gaga I would’ve loved it cause that’s just Madonna.

Gaga the entire time looked like she was that kid in a fight that didn’t know how or why she was there.

I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.

Madonna was rude end of story. And she wrote the N word on Instagram thinking it was ok. I admire her artistry but I think she's extremely sus lol

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

REALITY

I mean, she didn't have to call her "reductive" though. Her saying she was flattered by Gaga and that she saw that Gaga was obviously inspired by her is clearly a subtle shade. You can even tell by the tone of her voice. Same thing with Ellen.

I don't know, I personally don't have any problems with Madonna, but she sort of brought it upon herself.

River

It was planned by Gaga and Madonna's team to boost the sales of MDNA.. and in exchange Gaga would get royalties from the EY/BTW mashup..

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
